1. Wash your feet

2. Sweat is the main culprit
Feet sweat a lot during rainy season and harm them a lot. Choose footwear that is comfortable for you. Clogs, slippers, waterproof sandals are advisable in this season. The moisture during monsoon can affect your nails too. Mix talcum powder with camphor powder and apply it on your feet.
3. Exfoliation is important
Due to moisture dead skin gets build up on feet which make feet hard and cause cracks. Exfoliate them twice in a week. This will remove out dead skin and keep your feet beautiful.

5. Pedicure is a must
During monsoon, you must go for a pedicure session at least twice in a month. You can do it at home also. Take some warm water, add body wash and lemon juice in this. Now soak your feet in this for 15 minutes. After this, scrub feet with a foot scrapper. Give your feet a nice massage with moisturizer. If you head to beautician then make sure that all the instruments should be well sterilized.
6. Dry out your footwear under the sun
Wet footwear is a home to a number of bacteria that can eventually cause an infection. Dry the damp shoes, sandals under the sun and prevent foot infections.
