People envy skinny and lean people. Slim and lean bodies can fit into anything and look good all the time. But being skinny can be an indication of poor health and low immunity. Besides, thin people may suffer deficiencies and fall in the grip of diseases like anemia, low density bones, with a poor BMI. So, to stay happy and healthy add weight to your body and look fabulous.

1.    Your diet-

Like any other factors your diet also plays an important role maintaining the fitness of your body. If you are thin and too lean, it means you are not getting the adequate amount of nutrition required to develop and encourage growth in your body. Take adequate amount of fats, carbohydrates and proteins. This will make you look healthy and add muscles to your body. Dairy products, nuts are good source of nutrients which will enable you to gain weight and build up a strong body.

If you are too lean and don’t feel hungry you have to build up your appetite. Skipping meals and a poor diet can never make you full and healthy. May be you can take a glass of wine in the evening before meal. But avoid drinking too much of water before meals or during meals this will make you full and diminish your appetite.

3.    Nutritious and Healthy Food-

You diet must constitute of foods that are high in nutritional value. People love indulging in fast foods. But these are processed items and don’t add value and nutrition to the body. You must eat three large meals in a day and take at least three servings of fruits to remain fit and active. If you are not able to take three large meals, you may take small meals whenever you are hungry. However, take you meal at least three hours before you go to sleep.

Always keep a balance. The amount of calories that you consume if exceeds in huge quantity then these excess calories will get deposited in the body unevenly.

4.    Exercise-

For a toned and perfect body, you must exercise well. No matter how lean you are, regular exercise will tone up your body and give you a perfect bodyline. Tightening the tissues in your body, exercise will make you flexible and add energy and vitality to your system.

5.    Do not Smoke-

If you smoke you will see doom early in your life. If in spite of huge campaigning, advertisements, public service messages, if you are still having a dead eye on your smoking issues, then your right place is hell. Smoking will destroy your cardiac, damage your lungs and you will reap the side-effects very soon. Smoking lowers your appetite and makes your digestion sluggish and low.
